Our Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) process focuses on collaboration with the client and design team. It is our job to maximize the scope of the project by providing clients with strong preconstruction estimating and value engineering services throughout the design phase. By proactively working with the owner and design team from the initial stages, we are able to offer valuable insights on cost-effective mechanical and electrical systems, structural components, and site requirements. Our input is utilized to develop a realistic project schedule and budget. Once the job is started, Ratibor DOO provides effective and quality-driven onsite leadership during the construction phase of the project, to maintain the schedule and meet owner deadlines.

Approach

Utilizing Ratibor DOO as the Design-Build (DB) contractor allows us to work as the client’s Single Point of Contact for both design and construction of the project.
